The Hub at Feather Oaks is a unique taproom set in a beautifully restored horse barn, offering 12 taps of hard-to-find local and regional craft beers, along with a wide selection of wines. Located on a 14-acre farm in East Tallahassee, it’s a warm, community-centered space to gather and unwind.
The barn's transformation is the vision of Scott Carruthers, who purchased the former “Double D” horse stable in 1988. The land has deep roots, once part of the historic 300-acre Hopkins Family Farm dating back to the 1800s. With ties to early Tallahassee history and generations of local leaders, Feather Oaks is the last remaining piece of the original farmland still in agricultural use, now reborn as a gathering place full of charm, character, and local flavor.
