Tallahasseean Child Safety Standards
Tallahasseean is committed to protecting children on our website, mobile application, and community services.
Tallahasseean strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material; grooming; sexual solicitation, sexualization, or exploitation of minors; and using Tallahasseean to facilitate any of these activities.
To report suspected CSAE or another child-safety concern, use the Report controls available with community content or contact the Tallahasseean Child Safety Team at legal@tallahasseean.com.
Report Review
The Tallahasseean Child Safety Team reviews child-safety reports promptly and may request information needed to investigate a concern.
Enforcement
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards or otherwise put children at risk.
Preservation and Disclosure
When legally required, Tallahasseean will preserve and disclose relevant information to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or law enforcement.
Immediate Danger
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services immediately.
