Jack L. McLean, Jr. Park is 52 acres and features picnic shelters, a playground, basketball and tennis courts, bike trails and a 24-hole disc golf course. The 20,000+ sq. ft. recreation center features a gym, weight room and multipurpose rooms. The aquatics complex has a beach-entry pool with play features, 22-foot water slide, and an 8-lane lap pool. The facility, the first project funded by the city's Blueprint 2000 sales tax, opened in 2004.
