Led by our special guest-instructor, Alexandre Pasini of Pazotti Bakery, this interactive, hands-on specialty workshop will offer participants the opportunity to learn about and make their very own Focaccia. $69

Each participant will receive:

1. A gift card for one free focaccia
2. A mason jar with their own sourdough starter to continue baking at home
3. The focaccia they made during class to bake at home and share with family and friends.
4. A printed version of their recipe.
5. Full lifetime access to ask him questions and get support throughout their sourdough journey.

This class is beginner friendly, and no previous experience in making focaccia is needed.
