Killearn Estates

Tallahassee's first planned community with underground utilities, Killearn Estates was established in 1964 on the former Velda Dairy Farm property. This 4,000-acre community is home to over 12,000 residents and features 11 residents-only parks, a chain of lakes, and miles of trails for walking, jogging, and biking. The centerpiece is the Golden Eagle Country Club with an 18-hole Tom Fazio-designed golf course.
